Modern Slavery (Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking) Policy
OCS Consulting plc
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights.
OCS Consulting plc takes the UK Modern Slavery Act (2015) very seriously and is committed to identify, combat and safeguard against any form of human trafficking or forced labour (potential or otherwise).
OCS Consulting plc is dedicated to ensuring that all employees are treated fairly. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or with our service providers and associated companies. We approach all our business dealings and relationships professionally and with integrity, and we expect the same high principles from our clients and any associated businesses.
OCS Consulting plc will not knowingly benefit in any way from forced or involuntary labour. It is paramount that all work is willingly undertaken, and workers have the freedom to terminate their employment, having completed an agreed notice period, without penalty.
OCS Consulting plc is steadfast in our promise to maintain a fair and ethical workplace for all employees, and this is reflected in our recruitment process which includes checks to ensure that our employees are safeguarded against human trafficking or being forced to work against their will.
To whom this policy applies
This policy applies to all persons working for OCS Consulting plc at all levels, including all employees acting on our behalf in any capacity; sub-contractors or service providers, third-party representatives, agency/temporary staff, apprentices and associated businesses.

We recommend that our employees openly raise any such issues with their line manager, or the HR Team, at the earliest opportunity. Any such reports will be treated without fear of reprisal.
Breach of this policy
Any employee who breaches this policy will face disciplinary action.
OCS Consulting plc may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach UK Modern Slavery Act (2015).
